I was quite jump-scared by the unavoidable straight sex scene given the game is only tagged as "gay" and every other nsfw scene was completely optional up to that point.
This is the very first time a game on Itch was flagged by Windows Defender, on my side. This is probably really worth the suspicion, especially for what should just be an HTML file running on Twine / SugarCube and some media files.
All anti-virus apps err on the side of caution if it doesn't know the file or application being downloaded, especially if on the surface it's details match files that were found to be untrustworthy. Basically, Windows Defender has an algorithm in place that will flag some apps as "Trojan" unless proven that it isn't malicious, which is kind of a plague on downloadable indie games, but to be fair the internet is very untrustworthy and you should always be careful.
That was my bad! I didn't realize the site doesn't automatically add a download button so I had to figure out how to implement one myself! It should be near the bottom of the page now though. Have fun :)
Dang what the heck I'm not sure how to fix that one since it's all just text and pictures being hosted on an external website so that they don't get deleted uwu. The downside with TWINE 2 I think is that you can't put pictures into the games unless it's uhhh an external website or local (but then no one else would be able to view them besides the person who made it.) I am sure Windows is just being extra cautious per usual
It should be good! I tested it on like 4 or 5 of my friends before I published it. I think it's something to do with itch io. It must've changed something or how it runs the program a weird way ;p but sorry to worry you

Why not just use other people's art if you're going to use ai? You're taking stuff without permission either way lol
Like now all I can think of is if you used chat-gpt to write this out for you, ugh sorry man it's a bad look.
Cool stuff
Thank you :3
Windows Defender flagged your download. It shows that a trojan is present in your game files. Explain?
Windows Defender is one of the worst antiviruses. There is nothing more to explain to you, since you are not asking, but demanding.
Most anti virus apps warn about games from itch, but 90% of them are perfectly fine :)
Thanks for the clarification! I never had mine go off and I have downloaded a small handful of games off of itch. I was worried mine was a bad egg

The game apparently triggers a virus warning from both chrome and windows

Well you might want to double check and be sure yourself last thing you want is to be giving people viruses
